Live Fire Argentinian Asado Feast

We invite you to a 4 course meal, cooked all day using only fire – from ingredients sourced from the market butcher, fishmonger and veg stall.

The meal is inspired by a recent trip to Argentina and a love of Asado… with a twist. Plus, a desire to celebrate the history of one of the oldest butchers streets in the world – the Shambles.

4-course Lamb Asador

1st Course: Cedar plank salmon, mildly pickled cabbage, aioli, dill.

2nd Course: Rescoldo beetroot, whipped goats cheese, basil chimichurri.

Main Course: Lamb Asador with chapa harissa potatoes, honey & mint carrots and chimichurri.

Dessert: Chapa peach, mascarpone, candied hazelnuts, golden syrup.

Due to COVID please book as a group, with tables of 2, 4, maximum of 6.

Tickets are £35 each.
